674 D.D. At the Outskirt Ruins of Auduruna… A hooded and robed figure walked in silence through the ruins, surveying the scene around that was just as silent as he was. He walked with a flowood staff in his hand that was capped with a black stone that was shaped like a spike and was wrapped in small tree roots. It was a rather cloudy night, but through the occasional breaks in the clouds, the moon shined brightly in the skies, illuminated the scene below. Gorguath’s Assault The castle knights fell by the score as one of the towering monsters made his way through the castle. Their gallantry was absolute, but against the shear might of the monsters, it proved as weak as their shields. The monster stepped over their defeated frames as the castle was rocked by other attacks all around it. Its sturdy stone walls began to crack and its carpets and tapestry’s were set ablaze. The noise of battle was near deafening; armor clanking, sword impacts, fear-inducing shrieks, and the cries of agony all mixed to form a cacophony of horror.
